Ajoke Omoegba, a star of Yoruba movies, revealed in a recent Instagram post why some women avoid dating impoverished men. She shared the article on her Instagram page, revealing that 81% of women do not want to date poor guys because they do not want to suffer.
She explained that some women have the intention of dating poor men and building a relationship from scratch with them, but they end up disappointed and unable to benefit from the union because some men alter their behaviour after becoming wealthy and frequently leave the woman who supported them when they were in need. She emphasized that she was speaking from personal experience and related a time when a man she was dating crushed her heart.
In the statement she made in the video, she said, “80 percent of women refuse to date broke men because they don’t want to suffer. Some ladies do have the mindset of starting from scratch with a broke man, but they end up disappointed because when a man gets rich, he will start behaving differently. I’m not just talking; I’m actually talking from experience because it happened to me when I was dating a guy back then.”
