Actress Destiny Etiko was born in Nigeria on August 12, 1989.
Etiko was born in the Nigerian community of Udi in the Enugu State. In Enugu State, she attended both primary and secondary school. She completed her higher education in Anambra state.
In an interview with Vanguard, Etiko stated that she entered the Nigerian film industry in 2011. She recalled that time as being challenging since she had to balance her acting profession with her academic obligations while she was still a student.
