According to testimony given in court, Oscar-winning actor Kevin Spacey is a “sexual bully” who “delights in making others feel powerless and uncomfortable.”
The 63-year-old Hollywood celebrity was accused by the prosecution of being a “man who sexually assaults other men” as he testified in his case on Friday at Southwark Crown Court.
Kevin Spacey Fowler is an actor, as many of you would already know, Christine Agnew KC informed the jury.
He is a very well-known actor who has received numerous honors.

“He is also, the prosecution allege, a man who sexually assaults other men.
“A man who does not respect personal boundaries or space, a man who it would seem delights in making others feel powerless and uncomfortable, a sexual bully.”
Spacey, who has been called “a star, a golden boy” by one of his alleged victims, denies 12 accusations, including rape and indecent assault.
During the trial, four males who caught Spacey’s interest and were all in their 20s or 30s will testify, according to Ms. Agnew.
She said: “None of the men wanted to be touched by Kevin Spacey Fowler in a sexual way, but he doesn’t seem to have cared very much for their feelings.
“He did what he wanted to do for his own personal sexual gratification.
“What does the defendant say in answer to these allegations?
“Well in relation to some he suggests that they are quite simply made up.
“In relation to others, he accepts that there was a sexual encounter between him and the other man but asserts that anything that took place would have taken place with the consent of the other man.”
The prosecutor urged the jury to “keep yourself grounded and true to the oath that you have taken” and cautioned them against becoming “star struck” by the actor.
Ms. Agnew said it “may well be” that Spacey derived a “sexual thrill” from the aggression he is claimed to have used against the guy as she outlined charges made by one of the complainants.
The prosecutor claimed that before it allegedly evolved to “occasions when Kevin Spacey Fowler would actually grab and grope” him, the defendant had engaged in “inappropriate and unwelcome” touching with the individual.
One more of actor Kevin Spacey’s claimed victims described the actor making “crude and seedy sexual remarks” before aggressively grabbing him.
In the complaint, the complainant said that he was grabbed with “such force it was painful” and that he pulled the man away while remarking, “No, I’m not like that.”
Ms. Agnew continued, saying that after the complainant pushed him away, Spacey “simply laughed.”
A third complainant, according to the prosecution, remembers “feeling vulnerable” and “thinking that perhaps this was just how people in the acting world acted” after an alleged meeting at Spacey’s apartment.
After an alleged unwanted sexual advance by the actor, the complainant allegedly “sat and cried” it a bus stop at 5 am, according to Ms. Agnew, who claimed the man remembered having either “fallen asleep or passed out” at the apartment.
To three counts of indecent assault, three counts of sexual assault, and one count of inducing a person to engage in sexual behavior without their consent, the actor entered a not guilty plea in January.
The two-time Oscar winner has previously refuted four other accusations of sexual assault and one count of inciting another person to participate in impermissible penetrative sexual behavior.
